Our HVAC Team
We work as a team on a common mission to serve our customers. We hire, train, motivate and reward based on integrity, responsibility, and commitment. We expect all team members to perform to high standards with enthusiasm and willingness to do the unexpected to serve this purpose.
We achieve this by only hiring top-class and well qualified employees. We do background and drug testing checks on all employees regularly and make sure that they are appropriately certified to do the work in your home or place of business. Our technicians are further trained to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest procedures and equipment to serve you better. For your protection, we also carry a two million dollar insurance policy.
About the Owners
Our lead technician William started his career in HVAC more than 21 years ago. He graduated from UTI with honors and worked for one of the largest air conditioning and heating companies in Houston. William also went back to college while working to obtain his Texas Peace Officers’ License. He worked for the Harris County Sheriff's Office for ten years, patrolling the east side of the county. He is still currently a Master Texas Peace officer. He was soon promoted to a supervisory role, to which he did complete justice.
William, along with his wife Crystal, decided it was time to offer home and business owners a fair and honest price for their air conditioning and heating needs. “When you need us, we will be there for you. When you call us, you will speak with Crystal or William.”
