Maintenance Membership

You need to keep up with your yearly maintenance on your system. We offer a maintenance membership where we come out twice a year and perform a heating and cooling tune-up for your HVAC systems to ensure everything is working correctly. If you become a member, we offer 15% off on all parts and labor throughout the year. For the membership price, please call our office at (281) 462-7766.

Semi-Annual Precision Tune-Up Includes:

  • Check thermostat calibration

  • Clean and adjust burner assemblies

  • Check igniter assembly

  • Check heat exchange

  • Monitor flue gases

  • Safety test all controls

  • Inspect and adjust blower components

  • Measure for correct airflow

  • Tighten all electrical connections

  • Measure voltage and amp draw

  • Chemically clean all coil surfaces

  • Adjust gas pressure

  • Adjust pilot or igniter

  • Verify proper temperature rise

  • Test for carbon monoxide

  • Flush and treat condensate drains
